If you’re reading on from our last post, you know we’re already standing in the middle of Mount Street in Mayfair. After being awed by Nicholas Kirkwood, we’re heading into fashion royalty – Oscar de la Renta.

Oscar de la Renta’s London store is an expansive 3000 sqft spread across three floors. Just like a beautiful store you’d see in an Audrey Hepburn movie, the stunning interiors are all about coral stone and white wood, with gorgeous a Victorian staircase leading up to a collection of bridal dresses, jewelry, home décor, beauty and childrenswear.

We get to what draws our attention the most – the gorgeous shoes. Beautiful lace embroidered pumps, silky satin mules, laser cut wedges – it’s like shoe Christmas in here! No one does formal evening wear shoes quite like Oscar de la Renta! The sales executives are super cheerful and helpful, trying to find a size for us at their US store – but unfortunately they’re sold out!
